👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Sausage:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and sauté until browned on both sides, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic:
In the same skillet, add a touch more oil if needed. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Build the Sauce:
Stir in honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer, letting it bubble for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Pasta & Broth:
Add uncooked pasta and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Let it simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
  5. Combine & Serve:
Return sausage to the skillet and toss to coat. Simmer uncovered for a few more minutes until everything is sticky and glazed.
  6. Garnish & Enjoy:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot!
